Design Networks Ltd are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected in accordance with the law, and in particular the Data Protection Act. We do not intend to obtain personal information other than that which is needed to provide and promote the services that we offer with respect to, or associated with, the design, implementation and support of networked computer systems.

Data that we store will usually have been generated by any communication with the authorised holder (or representative) or as a result of statistical analyses of our website activity*. Such data are purely to deal with the core operation of our business and we have no intention of divulging personal details to a third party except where that individual is contracted to support our declared services. We have no interest in third party marketing and will not use data for that purpose. We do not foresee any circumstances in which there is ever a need for us to receive sensitive personal data and we will not store any such data, in any media form, if it is inadvertently communicated to us.

In accordance with normal protocol we reserve the right to modify this policy.

* To develop the site, we may store and use information from statistics gathered when anyone visits the site. Normally this information will be limited to the domain from which the site was accessed, the date and time, the IP address of the linking website, any search requests made and the extent to which the requests were met.
